How does SocQ pricing work?+
Each plan includes a monthly request allowance and account capabilities. Your dashboard shows usage against the active allowance, while custom terms are confirmed before activation.
What counts as one request?+
A successful call to a request-based endpoint counts toward the monthly allowance. Endpoints with a different billing unit are labeled in the API catalog.
Which platforms and endpoints are available?+
SocQ covers public social data workflows across major platforms. The API catalog is the source of truth for currently available endpoints and response fields.
Are webhooks included?+
Webhook monitoring is included in Growth and can be tailored for Scale accounts. Limits and supported events depend on the selected workflow.
