How to use this tool
Brands often ask for a media kit before they reply to a pitch. This generator puts your brand or channel name, your name, follower count, typical views, contact email and a short collaboration overview into one tidy document. Copy the text into an email or download it as a PDF to attach.
- 01
Enter your names and contact
Type your channel or brand into Brand or show name and yourself into Creator name; both are required. Add the address brands should write to in Contact email.
- 02
Add your numbers and overview
Enter Followers and Views as plain numbers, such as 25000. In Audience and collaboration overview, describe who follows you, what you make and the formats you offer.
- 03
Create result and download
Click Create result to check the text, then use Download PDF to save creator-media-kit.pdf, or Copy to paste the text into an email.
What to include in a creator media kit
Most brands look for the same basics before they reply: • Who you are and what your channel covers, in one or two lines • Platforms and follower counts, with the date you checked them • Typical views or reach per post, and how you measured them • Who your audience is, such as age range, location or interests • Content formats you offer, like Reels, YouTube integrations or product photos • Past brand work or results, if you have them • A contact email you check often
A simple template for the overview field
The overview is the only free-text part, so use it for everything beyond the stats. One structure that reads well: • Audience: “Mostly 25–34-year-old home cooks in the US and UK” • Content: “Weekly kitchen Reels and monthly YouTube recipe videos” • Offers: “Product reviews, recipe integrations, giveaways” • Proof: “Worked with two cookware brands this year” • Rates: “Packages from $X, or ask for a quote” Put each item on its own line; every line break becomes a new line in the PDF.
What the PDF looks like
The download is a plain A4 PDF with your brand name as a large title and each detail on its own line below. It has no photos, logo, colors or charts, and numbers appear exactly as you typed them. If you want a designed kit, copy the text into a design tool and add images there.
Keep your numbers honest and current
Brands often compare a media kit with your public profile, so quote figures you can back up. Name the platform and date range behind your views, refresh the kit every month or two, and don’t round follower counts up.
Frequently asked questions
What is a media kit?
A media kit is a short document that introduces a creator or brand to potential partners. It usually covers who you are, your audience, your key numbers, the content you offer and how to reach you. Brands use it to decide quickly whether a collaboration fits.
How do I make a media kit for free?
1. Enter your brand or show name and creator name. 2. Add your follower count, typical views and a contact email. 3. Write your audience and collaboration overview. 4. Click Create result, then Download PDF.
Should I put my rates in a media kit?
It’s up to you. Some creators list starting prices so brands can tell quickly whether the budget fits, while others write “rates on request” and negotiate each deal. If you include rates, add them to the overview with what each package covers.
Can I add photos or a logo?
No. This generator creates a text-only PDF, so there’s no place for a profile photo, logo or content samples. Link to your best posts in the overview, or paste the text into a design app if you need visuals.
Which view number should I use?
Use a figure you can show from your analytics, such as average views per post or Reel over the last 30 or 90 days. Say which platform and period it covers in the overview, because brands read “100,000 views” very differently for one viral video and for a typical post.
Can I make a media kit for several platforms?
The form has one Followers field and one Views field. Use them for your main platform, then list your other accounts with their own counts on separate lines in the overview.
Can I write my media kit in Chinese or another language?
Yes. Type in any language and the PDF will include it. When the text contains characters outside basic English, the page downloads the Noto Sans SC font from the jsDelivr CDN to draw them. Emoji may not display, so leave them out.
How do I send a media kit to a brand?
Attach the downloaded PDF to your pitch email and keep the email itself short: who you are, why the brand fits and one content idea. You can also paste the copied text into a DM or a contact form that doesn’t accept attachments.
Is my information uploaded?
No. The text and the PDF are created in your browser, and your details aren’t sent to SocQ or saved. The only extra request is a font file from the jsDelivr CDN when your text uses non-English characters, and it doesn’t carry your data.
Is the media kit generator free?
Yes. It’s free, with no signup, no watermark and no download limit. Update your numbers and create a fresh PDF whenever they change, so brands always see current figures.
For developers
Refresh public profile stats with SocQ APIs
SocQ APIs fetch public profiles and posts from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, including public follower and engagement counts, so the numbers in your media kit stay current. Audience demographics and other private insights still come from each platform’s own analytics.
