How to use this tool
A plain channel link makes viewers find the Subscribe button themselves. A subscribe link adds the sub_confirmation=1 parameter, so YouTube opens your channel with a confirmation box that takes one click. Paste your channel URL here to get a clean, copy-ready link for bios, emails and websites.
- 01
Copy your channel URL
Open your channel page on YouTube and copy the address from the browser bar, such as https://www.youtube.com/@YourHandle or a /channel/ link.
- 02
Paste it into YouTube address
Paste the full URL into the YouTube address field. Handle, /channel/UC…, /c/ and /user/ links from youtube.com or m.youtube.com all work.
- 03
Create result and share
Click Create result, then Copy the link or save it with Download TXT. Open it once while signed in to check that the subscribe box appears.
How a YouTube subscribe link works
The ?sub_confirmation=1 parameter tells YouTube to open your channel with a subscribe confirmation box already on screen. A signed-in viewer still has to click to confirm, so the link never subscribes anyone on its own. Viewers who aren’t signed in need to sign in before they can subscribe.
Channel URL formats the generator accepts
• https://www.youtube.com/@YourHandle • https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC… (the 24-character channel ID) • https://www.youtube.com/c/CustomName • https://www.youtube.com/user/LegacyName • The same paths on youtube.com or m.youtube.com Video links, youtu.be short links, Shorts and tab pages such as /@YourHandle/videos aren’t accepted. Any extra query text is dropped, and the result always uses www.youtube.com.
Where to share your subscribe link
• Link-in-bio pages on Instagram, TikTok or X • Your email signature and newsletter footer • A Subscribe button on your website or blog • Video descriptions and pinned comments • QR codes on flyers, packaging or event slides
Frequently asked questions
What is a YouTube subscribe link?
A YouTube subscribe link is your channel URL with ?sub_confirmation=1 added to the end. When a signed-in viewer opens it, YouTube shows a box asking them to confirm the subscription. It saves people from hunting for the Subscribe button on your channel page.
How do I make a subscribe link for my YouTube channel?
1. Copy your channel URL from the browser while viewing your channel. 2. Paste it into YouTube address. 3. Click Create result. 4. Copy the link and paste it wherever you want people to subscribe.
Does the link subscribe people automatically?
No. YouTube only shows a confirmation prompt, and the viewer decides whether to click Subscribe. Nothing changes for viewers who close the box, so the link is a shortcut rather than a way to add subscribers.
Can I use my @handle?
Yes, as part of a full URL such as https://www.youtube.com/@YourHandle. Typing only @YourHandle won’t work, because the tool needs the complete web address to check its format.
How do I find my YouTube channel ID?
While signed in, open YouTube’s Settings and go to Advanced settings, where your channel ID starting with UC is listed. You can paste it as https://www.youtube.com/channel/ followed by the ID. A handle URL is usually easier to share and works just as well.
Why does the tool say my URL is invalid?
The link has to point to a channel, not a video. Video pages, youtu.be links, Shorts and channel tabs such as /videos are rejected, as are addresses outside youtube.com. Copy your channel’s main page URL and try again.
Does the subscribe link work on phones?
It depends on where the link opens. In a mobile browser it usually behaves as it does on a computer, while a link that opens in the YouTube app may show your channel without the confirmation box. Test it on the devices your audience uses most.
Does the tool check that my channel exists?
No. It checks that the URL has a valid channel format and builds the link without contacting YouTube. Open the result once to make sure it leads to the right channel before you share it.
Is anything I paste uploaded?
No. The link is built in your browser from the address you paste, and nothing is sent to SocQ or saved. Refreshing the page clears both the field and the result.
Is the YouTube subscribe link generator free?
Yes. It’s free with no signup or account, and you can create links for as many channels as you like. The links don’t expire, because they’re ordinary YouTube URLs.
